Years ago, Crown Princess Mary established the Mary Foundation and became their patron. One of the things the foundation has worked with is bullying amongst children and how to find tools to fight against it. Then "Free of Bullying" was created.

The project focuses on bullying amongst children and young people (here). One activity connected to the project it the Children's Relay, which is made in collaboration with Save the Children. Each year, many children runs in the relay as everyone receives a medal as proof that they have participated.

Seems like it was a wonderful day for all of them (here). The Crown Princess was in a splendid mood, having lots of fun with the children participating the relay in Fælledparken. She handed over as many golden medals as possible. She also participate the warm up because the run.

Mary has attended the relay for quite a few years now. Both in 2009 (here), 2010 (here) and 2011 (here). I always love these events. She is relaxed and just having a wonderful time with the children. Enjoying a day out in the sun. This is also reflected on what she is wearing.

This year, Mary wore the most magnificent outfit. Casual and comfortable, yet beautiful. She was wearing a lovely white button-down shirt, a bright blue cardigan and casual jeans. This truly reminds me that I have to wear cardigans more often. I am not good at that. Think they are something hard to style.

When she arrived, she flashed an old light brown trenchcoat from Burberry. I have never been able to find the exact same model. Hopefully, I will one day.

She then styles her "relay look" with snakeskin wedges from Lanvin and lovely red Prada sunglasses. Think it is the first time ever, we see her with a side braid. Go or no go? I adore it.
